The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription "Repairing and replacement of spare parts of Incinerator" and should be addressed to the Principal, Govt. Medical College, Ernakulam.
Tender form sale start on 20-12-2021, 10 p. m.
Last date of receipt of tender—14-1-2022, 1 p. m.

Cheques, postage stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued ar ` 1,200+18% GST per copy.

The bid should be submitted in sealed envelopes which should be superscribed as "Tender No. P3/14701/2018/GMCE for the repairing and Replacement of spare parts of incinerator installed in Government Medical College, Ernakulam''.
1. Tender document duly signed with price bid.
2. Agreement in non-judicial Kerala stamp paper ` 200 in the specific format.
3. Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Fixed Deposit Receipt/Demand Draft drawn in favour of the "Principal, Government Medical College, Ernakulam''. Those who are eligible for exemption should submit the copy of the exemption certificate.
4. Compliance statement of technical specification inthe given format.
5. Brochure/Technical literature of the specific model with quality certificate as mentioned in the technical Specification.
