Dated, Thiruvananthapuram 5th December, 2023 S. R. O. No. 1319/2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984 ) and in supersession of the notification No.IV issued under G.O (Ms.) No.235/2023/Home (4) dated 15th November, 2023 and published as S.R.O. No.1210/2023 in the
2Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707 dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri TomiVarghese, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Ernakulam in the place of Smt.K. P. Indira with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general
purport.)
As part of transfer and postings of Judicial Officers in the State Judiciary the High Court of Kerala had proposed the appointment of District Judges as Judges of Family Court and requested the Government to issue order and notification effecting the appointments of District Judges as proposed Courts. Government have accepted the proposal of the High Court.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984 ) and in supersession of the notification No. III issued under G.O. (Ms.)No.235/2023/Home (3) dated 15th November, 2023 and published as S.R.O. No.1209/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Hafees Mohammed, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Mavelikkara in the place of Shri.
Vincent Charley V., with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984) and in supersession of the notification issued under GO (Rt)No.1697/2018/Home dated 16.06.2018 and published as S.R.O.No.466/2018 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 1883 dated 13.07.2018, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Denny C.J., District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Palakkad in the place of Shri A. F. Varghese,with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

No.1208/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707 dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Madhu K.S., District Judge as Judge of Family Court, Tirur in the place of Sri.A.V. Narayanan with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

Basheer A.M., District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Nedumangad in the place of Shri.Nazar J.,with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.
