NOTIFICATION

K2 -573935/2023 07 December 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram hereby extend the time limit in publishing the declaration as per section 1 of Section 4 as per Proceedings No. K2-573935/2023 dated 20.09.2023 and published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 3137 dated 25 September,2023 namely:-

As per Proceedings No. K2-573935/2023 dated 20 September, 2023 andpublished in the Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 3137 dated 19 May,2023 the Social Impact Agency was decided in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) This is a digitally signed Gazette. 2 of Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 with regard to the acquisition of land in Kadakampalli village respectively of Thiruvananthapuram district for Construction of Karikkakam Steel Lattice Vehicular Bridge. As per the Extra ordinary Gazette No.3137 dated 25 September, 2023 District Collector have issued the period to submit SIA final report within November 25.

AND WHEREAS, The Director, Centre for Land and Social Studies requested for further extension of the period for publication of SIA final report to one month.

NOW THEREFORE, sanction is accorded to extend the time limit in submitting final SIA study report to the date 25 December, 2023 by invoking the provisions contained in subsection 2 section 4 of LARR Act, 2013 with regard to the acquisition of land in Kadakampalli Village of Thiruvananthapuram district for the Construction of Karikkakam Steel Lattice Vehicular Bridge. Subject to the conditions that no more extension be granted under any circumstances.

As per the Extra Ordinary Gazette No. 3137 dated 25 September ,2023 Government have further extended the period to submit Final SIA study report before 25 December, 2023.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
