പുനലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ വാളക്കോട് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ എൻ മുഹമ്മദ് നിഷാദ്, ഷമീർ മൻസിൽ,വാളക്കോട് എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് ബാങ്ക്,ഇൻഷുറൻസ് എന്നിവ സംബന്ധമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഇതരആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കുമായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി വാളക്കോട് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ മാതാവ് റജീന നൗഷാദ്, ഷമീർ മൻസിൽ,വാളക്കോട്, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ വാളക്കോട് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 29-08-2022 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതൻ അവിവാഹിതൻ ആയിരുന്നു.പരേതന്റെ പിതാവ് നൗഷാദ് വർഷങ്ങളായി കുടുംബത്തെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചുപോയിട്ടുളളതായി കാണുന്നു.ആയതിനാൽ ടിയാനെ അവകാശികളിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുളളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

പുനലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഏരൂർ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ലൂക്കോസ് റ്റി, കിഴക്കേ വീട് ,അയിലറ പി ഒ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വ സംബന്ധമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും പരേതന്റെ പി.എഫ് ആനുല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനും ബാങ്ക് സംബന്ധമായ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഇതര ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി ഏരൂർ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ തങ്കമ്മ ലൂക്കോസ് , കിഴക്കേ വീട് ,അയിലറ പി ഒ , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ ഏരൂർ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 30-10-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു.

പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മുൻപിനാലെ മരണപ്പെട്ടു പോയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Ramani B , Valiya Kizhakkathil Veedu,Panachavila,Anchal P O, Edamulakkal Village, Punalur Taluk of Kollam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before regional Office of Indian Oil Corporation and all other purposes. in respect of the legal heirs of late Vishwanadhan V ,Valiya Kizhakkathil Veedu,Panachavila,Anchal P O, who expired on 04-06-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Vishwanadhan V. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents of the deceased are no more Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Punalur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
