40958 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ernakulam District AluvaTaluk NOTICE No: 89986176 11-12-2023Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that AMBIKA NEDUVELY HOUSE AYYAMPUZHA P O AYYAMPUZHA ERNAKULAM DIST KERALA - 683581, Ayyampuzha Village, Aluva Taluk of Ernakulam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before MISCELLANEOUS in respect of the legal heirs of late MONY N R NEDUVELY HOUSE AYYAMPUZHA P O AYYAMPUZHA ERNAKULAM DIST KERALA - 683581 who expired on November 2, 2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MONY N R. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .
- Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Aluva within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
