11-12-2023 Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Asharaf P A Puthuparambil House, Olimkadavu P.O, Mangalamdam, MangalamDam Village, Alathur Taluk of Palakkad District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before Variouys in respect of the legal heirs of late Faseela Asharaf Puthuparambil House, Olimkadavu P.O, Mangalamdam who expired on 20-07-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Faseela Asharaf. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Minor(s) is/are under the protection of Sl.No 1 in the below list. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Alathur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

ആലത്തൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ പെരിങ്ങോട്ടുകുറുശ്ശി ഒന്ന് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ വിഹാൻ കെ വി കോന്നൻപുര വീട്, കോട്ടായി പരുത്തിപ്പുള്ളി എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി പെരിങ്ങോട്ടുകുറുശ്ശി ഒന്ന് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ പിതാവ് വിനോദ് കെ വി, കോന്നൻപുര വീട്, കോട്ടായി പരുത്തിപ്പുള്ളി, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ പെരിങ്ങോട്ടുകുറുശ്ശി ഒന്ന് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 12-04-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
