Dated, Thiruvananthapuram 5th December, 2023 S. R. O. No. 1334/2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984) and in supersession of the notification No.I issued under G.O.(Ms.) No.235/2023/Home dated 15th November, 2023 and published as S.R.O.No.1207/2023 in theThis is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707 dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala here by appoint Smt. K.K Sujatha, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Pathanamthitta in the place of Smt. Sulekha M., with effect from the date on which she assumes charge as such.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate it's general purport.) As part of transfer and postings of Judicial Officers in the State Judiciary, the High Court of Kerala had proposed the appointment of District Judges as Judges of Family Court and requested the Government to issue order and notification effecting the appointments of District Judges as proposed. Government have accepted the proposal of the High Court.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.

No.235/2023/Home (5) dated 15th November 2023 and published as S.R.O.No.1211/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707 dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri. SureshKumar C.(Sr.), District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Kalpetta in the place of Shri. P Sasidharan, with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.
