പ്രസ്തുത വിജ്ഞാപനം മേല്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION
No.DR4-3/3/2022-KPSC Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 13th November 2023
It is hereby notified that the note (iii) included under item 7 'Qualifications ' in the notification for the post of High School Teacher (Natural Science) -Tamil Medium - I NCA Viswakarma (Idukki district) in the Education Department, published in the gazette dated 31.12.2022 with Category No.750/2022 is modified as follows.
"The applicant should have taken Botany or Zoology as main subject for Graduation or Post Graduation.The Candidates who possess B Ed Degree in Natural science after obtaining a degree in Microbiology or Home Science or Family and Community Science before 22.09.2022 are also eligible to apply for the post. (G.O.(MS) No.235/2022/GEDN dated 20.12.2022)".
As per the above modified notification, the candidates who possess B Ed Degree in Natural science after obtaining a degree in Microbiology or Home Science or Family and Community Science before 22.09.2022 can submit applications for the post within 15 (Fifteen) days from publication of this addendum notification ie, from 13.12.2023 to 27.12.2023 upto 12 midnight.
The aforesaid notification stands modified to the above extent.

7. യോഗ്യതകൾ:- 1. ഹോമിയോപ്പതി വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ അസോസിയേറ്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ/റീഡർ :- ഓർഗനോൺ ഓഫ് മെഡിസിൻ, ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് മെറ്റീരിയ മെഡിക്ക, ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് ഫാർമസി, റിപ്പേർട്ടറി എന്നീ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ. എ.അവശ്യ യോഗ്യതകൾ: ഹോമിയോപ്പതിയിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ യോഗ്യതയും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തിൽ ഹോമിയോപ്പതി കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഡിഗ്രി തലത്തിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ/ലക്ചററായി നാല് വർഷത്തെ അധ്യാപന പരിചയവും .1973 ലെ ഹോമിയോപ്പതി സെൻട്രൽ കൗൺസിൽ ആക്ടിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഷെഡ്യൂളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് യോഗ്യത
ബി. അഭിലഷണീയമായ യോഗ്യതകൾ:
(I) ഹോമിയോപ്പതിയിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ് സിന് സൂപ്പർവൈസർ/കോ-സൂപ്പർവൈസർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഗൈഡ്/കോ-ഗൈഡ് ആയുള്ള പരിചയം. (ii) ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർവകലാശാലയോ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരോ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരോ അംഗീകരിച്ച ഒരു ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പരിചയം.
2. അനുബന്ധ മെഡിക്കൽ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ അസോസിയേറ്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ/റീഡർ
അനാട്ടമി, ഫിസിയോളജി, പാത്തോളജി, ഫോറൻസിക് മെഡിസിൻ ആൻഡ് ടോക്സിക്കോളജി, സർജറി, ഗൈനക്കോളജി ആൻഡ് ഒബ്സ്റ്റട്രിക്സ്, പ്രാക്ടീസ് ഓഫ് മെഡിസിൻ, കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി മെഡിസിൻ എന്നീ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ.
(1) എ. അവശ്യ യോഗ്യതകൾ:
ഹോമിയോപ്പതിയിൽ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ യോഗ്യതയും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയത്തിൽ ഹോമിയോപ്പതി കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഡിഗ്രി തലത്തിൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് പ്രൊഫസർ/ലക്ചറർ ആയി നാല് വർഷത്തെ അധ്യാപന പരിചയവും . 1973 ലെ ഹോമിയോപ്പതി സെൻട്രൽ കൗൺസിൽ ആക്ടിന്റെ രണ്ടാം ഷെഡ്യൂളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് യോഗ്യത.
ബി.അഭിലഷണീയമായ യോഗ്യതകൾ:
(എ) ഹോമിയോപ്പതിയിലെ ബിരുദാനന്തര കോഴ് സിന് സൂപ്പർവൈസർ/കോ-സൂപ്പർവൈസർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഗൈഡ്/കോ-ഗൈഡ് ആയുള്ള പരിചയം.
(ബി) ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർവകലാശാലയോ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരോ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരോ അംഗീകരിച്ച ഒരു ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പരിചയം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ (2) എ. അവശ്യ യോഗ്യതകൾ:

ബി. അഭിലഷണീയമായ യോഗ്യതകൾ:
(എ) ഒറിജിനൽ ഗവേഷണ പ്രബന്ധങ്ങളുടെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണം. (ബി) ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സർവ്വകലാശാല/സംസ്ഥാന/കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ അംഗീകരിച്ച ഒരു ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ളപരിചയം.

ഈ വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള യോഗ്യതകൾക്ക് പുറമേ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഉത്തരവുകൾ മുഖേനയോ സ്റ്റാൻഡിംഗ് ഉത്തരവുകൾ മുഖേനയോ നിശ്ചിത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതയ്ക്ക് തത്തുല്യമായി സർക്കാർ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്ന യോഗ്യതകളും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട യോഗ്യതകൾ അടിസ്ഥാന യോഗ്യതയായിട്ടുള്ള ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യതകളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത/ ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യത സംബന്ധിച്ച സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുകൾ കമ്മീഷൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന സമയത്തു ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തുതന്നെ തൊഴിൽ പരിചയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. തൊഴിൽ പരിചയം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മാതൃകയിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം.

1. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/READER IN HOMOEOPATHIC SUBJECTS :-
In subjects namely, Organon of Medicine, Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Homoeopathic Pharmacy, Repertory. A. Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate qualification in Homoeopathy with four years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned subject in a Homoeopathic College of Degree level . The qualification shall be the one included in Second Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act,1973 B. Desirable Qualifications: (i) Experience as Supervisor/Co-Supervisor or Guide/Co-Guide for Post Graduate Course in Homoeopathy. (ii) Research experience in a research institution recognized by the concerned University or State Government or Central Government. 2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/READER IN ALLIED MEDICAL SUBJECTS
In subjects namely, Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Surgery, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Practice of Medicine and Community Medicine. (1) A. Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate qualification in Homoeopathy with four years of teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the concerned subject in a Homoeopathic College of degree level. The qualification shall be the one included in Second Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973. 2) B.Desirable Qualifications: (a) Experience as a Supervisor/Co-Supervisor or Guide/Co-Guide for the post Graduate Course in Homoeopathy. (b) Research experience in a research institution recognized by the concerned University or State Government or Central Government. Note(1) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the special rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 2. Note:- Candidates who posess the requisite qualifications as on 20/09/2023 , ie the last date of receipt of application of category number 168/2023-178/2023 are eligible to apply for this post. Candidates can submit online application through One Time Registration from 13.12.2023 to 27.12.2023 upto midnight . Those who have applied as per Gazette notification dated 16/08/2023 need not be required to apply again. Those who have already uploaded experience certificate and defects if any found will be given an opportunity to upload flawless experience certificate at the time of verification.

No. DR4-3/2/2022-KPSC Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 21st November 2023 It is hereby notified that the note (2) included under item 7 'Qualifications ' in the notification for the post of High School Teacher (Social Science) Tamil Medium (Wayanad and Palakkad districts) in the Education Department, published in the gazette dated 30.12.2022 with Category No. 602/2022 is modified as follows.
"The applicant should have taken History or Economics or Geography or Politics or Philosophy or Sociology as main subject for Graduation. The Candidates who posses B Ed Degree in Social Science after obtaining a degree in Commerce or Music before 21.09.2022 are also eligible to apply for the post (G.O.(MS) No.234/2022/GEdn dated 19.12.2022)".
As per the above modified notification, the candidates who posses B Ed Degree in Social Science after obtaining a Degree in Commerce or Music before 21.09.2022 can submit application for the post within 15 (Fifteen) days from the publication of this addendum notification ie, from 13.12.2023 to 12 midnight on 27.12.2023

It is here by notified that the Gazette date of First NCA Notification wrongly printed as 09.10.2014 in the English and Malayalam version of the notification inviting applications for the post of Assistant Insurance Medical Officer (II NCA Muslim) in Insurance Medical Services Department vide Cat.No.453/2023 published in the extraordinary gazette dated 30.10.2023 is corrected as 10.09.2014.
The English and Malayalam version of the notification dated 30.10.2023 stands modified to the above extent. All other conditions stipulated in the notification remains unchanged.

No. DR4-3/5/2022-KPSC Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 22th November 2023 It is hereby notified that the note (iii) included under item 7 'Qualifications ' in the notification for the post of High School Teacher (Social Science) Tamil Medium (Recruitment- By Transfer) (Palakkad district) in the Education Department, published in the gazette dated 30.12.2022 with Category No. 603/2022 is modified as follows.
"The applicant should have taken History or Economics or Geography or Politics or Philosophy or Sociology as main subject for Graduation. The Candidates who posses B Ed Degree in Social Science after obtaining a Degree in Commerce or Music before 21.09.2022 are also eligible to apply for the post (G.O.(MS) No.234/2022/GEDN dated 19.12.2022)".
As per the above modified notification, the candidates who posses B Ed Degree in Social Science after obtaining a Degree in Commerce or Music before 21.09.2022 can submit application for the post within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of publication of this addendum notification ie, from 13.12.2023 to 12 midnight on 27.12.2023.
The aforesaid notification stands modified to the above extent.
