In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984 ) and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)
2 Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3707 dated 17th November, 2023, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Ajikumar S., AdditionalDistrict Judge III as Judge of the Family Court, Kollam in place of Shri Sujith K.N., with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
As part of transfer and postings of Judicial Officers in the State Judiciary, the High Court of Kerala has proposed the appointment of Shri Ajikumar S., Additional District Judge III as Judge of Family Court,Kollam and requested the Government to issue necessary notification effecting the appointment. Government have accepted the proposal of the High Court.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object
