In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984) and in supersession of the notification No.III issued under G.O. (Rt.)No.2847/2015/Home dated 09th November, 2015 and published as S.R.O.No.862/2015 in theThis is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/

Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.2886 dated 23rd December, 2015, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri Sureshkumar Paul, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Pala in the place of Shri Murali Gopal Pandalai, with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As part of transfer and postings of Judicial Officers in the State Judiciary, the High Court of Kerala had proposed the appointment of District Judges as Judges of the Family Court and requested the Government to issue order and notification effecting the appointments of District Judges as proposed. Government have accepted the proposal of the High Court.

S. R. O. No. 1339/2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Court Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984) and in supersession of the notification No.I issued under G.O.(Ms.) No.223/2022/Home dated 10th November, 2022 and published as S.R.O.No.1173/2022 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.4139 dated 05th December, 2022, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Shri N V Raju, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Malappuram in the place of Shri B. Ramakantha, with effect from the date on which he assumes charge as such.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Family Court Act, 1984 (Central Act 66 of 1984) and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(Rt.) No.3323/2018/Home dated 13th November, 2018 and published as S.R.O.No.863/2018 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.3052 dated 04th December, 2018, the Government of Kerala with the concurrence of the High Court of Kerala hereby appoint Smt. Prasanna Gopan, District Judge as Judge of the Family Court, Ettumanoor in the place of Smt. Sreekala Suresh, with effect from the date on which she assumes charge as such.
