In exercise of the powers conferred under section 46 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and as per rule 6A of the Kerala State Pharmacy Council Rules, 2012 read with the KSPC (Amendment) Rules, 2018 made thereunder and in pursuance of notification No. E-8254/2023/KPC dated 26-9-2023 issued by the Returning Officer, Kerala State Pharmacy Council Election, 2023, Government hereby publish the following officials as Presiding Officers
2for Kerala State Pharmacy Council Election scheduled to be held on 17-12-2023, for the information of Registered Pharmacists of the Kerala State Pharmacy Council.
