In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conductof Cases Rules, 1978, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri K.D. Babu, Advocate, Roll No. K/333/88, Kottakkal House, Near Western Bazar, Aranattukara P.O., Thrissur, Kerala This is a digitally signed Gazette. 2 680 618, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No. 721/2008 of Vadanappally Police Station, Thrissur District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule

32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

Government considers it necessary to appoint Shri K.D. Babu, Advocate, Roll No. K/333/88, Kottakkal House, Near Western Bazar, Aranattukara P.O., Thrissur, Kerala 680 618, who is having the requisite qualification as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in Crime No.721/2008 of Vadanappally Police Station, Thrissur District on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
