The Ad-hoc Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) meeting held on 25.05.2023 examined the case of Sri. Santheep K T, SI of Police for inclusion of his name in the Select list of Sub Inspectors of Police fit for promotion as Inspectors of Police for the vacancies in the year 2017, based on the order of the hon'ble KAT dated 10.08.2021 in OA No.540/ 2021 reiterated by the hon'ble High Court of Kerala vide order dated 11.01.2022 in OP (KAT) 8 of 2022 & order dated 22.03.2022 in Review petition No. 2781/ 2022 and the order dated 24.04.2023 of the hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (C) No (s) 9010-9011/2022. The Committee decided to include Sri. Santheep K T, SI of Police in the Select list of Sub Inspectors of Police fit for promotion as Inspectors of Police for the vacancies in the year 2017, and the decision of the Ad- hoc DPC (Lower) was approved by the Government vide letter No.A5/131/2021-Home dated 08.06.2023.
His position in the Select list of Sub Inspectors of Police fit for promotion as Inspectors of Policefor the vacancies in the year 2017 will be as follows;

The select list of Sub Inspectors of Police fit for promotion as Inspectors of Police for the vacancies in the year 2017 already published vide Notification No. T4/137066/2018/PHQ dated 01.03.2019 stands modified to this extent.
