No. CFS/2362/2022-B3 7th November 2023.

Read:- Notification number No. CFS/2362/2022-B3 dated 16-5-2023 published in the Kerala Gazette dated 13th May 2023 (Volume XII, No. 22).

Vide read as above in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub Section (1) of Section 37 of Food Safety Standards Act 2006 (Central Act No. 34 of 2006), the Commissioner of Food Safety, Government of Kerala, has notified Food Safety Officers for all the local areas of the State of Kerala. After publication of the notification in the Gazette it has been noted that a minor error has crept in to the details of an officer included in the notification. Hence this erratum notification is issued. Details of the above officer is as follows.

It is highly necessary to publish the correct name in the notification. Hence the erratum notification issued.
