സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കാർഡ് ബോർഡ് ബോക്സ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-12-2023 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 51/2023-24 കാർഡ് ബോർഡ് ബോക്സ് വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്'' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 400+ജി.എസ്.ടി. 18% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 200+ജി.എസ്.ടി. 18% നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ. സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ` 200 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are superscribed as Tender No. 51/2023-24 for the supply of Card Board Box is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 30-12-2023 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representives who may be present at that time.

Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 400+GST @ 18% for original form and ` 200+GST @ 18% for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 30-12-2023. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be executed along with the tenders. കോഴിക്കോട്, ഗവ. കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഫിസിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷനിലെ വിദ്യാർ∞ികൾക്ക് ` 4,00,000 (നാലു ലക്ഷം രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുള്ള സ്പോർട്സ് യൂണിഫോം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു പുറത്ത് ''πാൻ ഫ≠് 2023-24 സ്പോർട്സ് യൂണിഫോം സπൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്'' എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കേ≠തും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവ. കോളേജ് ഓഫ് ഫിസിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ, ഈസ്റ്റ് ഹിൽ പി. ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ല, പിൻ-673 005 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം 3-1-2024 ഉച്ചക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ആയിരിക്കും. മേൽ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസ് ഉടമകളുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠ത്. പ്രസ്തുത ഫോറത്തിന് ` 1,200+18% GST, പ്രകാരം ഒടുക്കിയാൽ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 10 മണി മുതൽ 3 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില മണിയോർഡർ ആയി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമു≠െങ്കിൽ പകർപ്പ് ഒന്നിന് ` 600+18% GST പ്രകാരം അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില്പന 3-1-2024 പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം ` 200 വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെന്റും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വിലയുടെ 1% (മിനിമം `1,500) നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടച്ചതിനുള്ള ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ ഒഴിവുള്ളവർ മതിയായ രേഖകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്ന് താത്പര്യമുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പതിച്ച, മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. സാങ്കേതിക മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയത്തിന് യോഗ്യത നേടുന്ന ബിÕുകൾ മാത്രമേ ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ ബിÕിങ്ങിനായി സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. സാങ്കേതിക മൂല്യനിർണ്ണയത്തിനായി ഹാർഡ് കോപ്പി സഹിതം ഓരോ യൂണിഫോം മെറ്റീരിയലിന്റെയും സാമ്പിൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 9.30. മുതൽ വൈകീട്ട് 4.30 വരെ ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്.

College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005. Last date of receipt of tender will be 2 p.m., 3-1-2024. Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 3-1-2024 in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Duplicate forms if required will be issued at ` 600 + 18% GST per copy. Those who wish to receive the tender forms by post may send a self addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope in addition to the cost of tender forms. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 is to be executed while submitting the tender form (vide Page No. 6th of the tender form) EMD is required @ 1% of the total estimated cost of articles fixed by the purchasing off icer (minimum `1,500) and should be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Govt. Sealed Tenders are invited for the Supply of Kitchen Utensils for an amount of ` 2,72,300 (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Three Hundred Only) to Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala -673 005 under Plan Fund 2023-24.

Tender should be superscribed 'Tender for the Supply of Kitchen Utensils to the College Hostels under Plan Fund 2023-24' and should be addressed to the Principal, Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005. Last date of receipt of tender will be 2 p.m., 4-1-2024. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tender will be opened at 3 p. m. on 4-1-2024 in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on aplication to the Prncipal, Govt. College of Physical Education, East Hill, Calicut, Kerala-673 005 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 900 + 18% GST which is the price fixed for a• tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on every working day. The tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form will not be sent by V.P.P. Sale of tender form will be closed at 12noon on 4-1-2024.

Duplicate forms if required will be issued at ` 450 + 18% GST per copy. Sealed tenders are invited for the "supply of Physics Lab Equipments" as per the details mentioned below to this College under Plan fund 2023-24 (Physical, Human and IT Infrastructure Upgradation Development and Maintenance) under the Head of Account "2202-03-103-47" for an Estimate Amount of ` 2,00,000 (Rupees Two lakhs only) from the reputed firms.

The envelope containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Physics Lab Equipments as per the tender notice No. A2/774/2023 dated 25-11-2023 and addressed to the Principal, Govt. Arts & Science College, Nadapuram, Vishnumangalam (PO), Kozhikode (Dist.), Pin-673 506.

The sales of tender forms will be closed 22-12-2023 at 1 p. m. The last date of receipt of tender is 22-12-2023 at 2 p.m. and will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Tenderer should submit their tender in the prescribed form which can be had form the undersigned on all working days from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on cash payment of ` 708 (including G S T ` 108) for original tender and ` 354 (includmg G S T ` 54) for duplicate . Those who wish to get tender form by post should send money order for the cost of tender form and chalan of the remittance of the amount of GST along with the charge of registered post. Cheques, postage stamps, postal orders, demand draft etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Tender forms will not be sent by VVP.

Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an earnest money deposit @1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for subject to a minimum of ` 1500 by way of DD/FDR/TDR in favour of Principal, Govt. Arts And Science College, Nadapuram payable at SBI, Kallachi Branch those who are exempted from remitting EMD should produce necessary certificate.

An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Govt. Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be executed along with the tender. The rate quoted in the tender should be inclusive of all taxes and it should be quoted separately. Tenders without required agreement, EMD or certificate exempting EMD will not be accepted on any account.

Articles quoted should bear Indian standard institution ISI/CE mark. No deviation is allowed in quoted rates and specification of articles till completion of tender procedures. Articles should be supplied in the Office of Govt. Arts And Science College, Nadapuram. No transportation, packing charges and service charges will be provided . Those who withdraw from agreement after getting tender should levy loss on purchase from next eligible tenderer.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The purchase committee reserve the right to select the items as per the quality of the product. The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 1/2023-24(P) Tender for supply of Lab Equipment to the Electronics Department of C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, under the scheme of Physical, Human and IT infrastructure Upgradation, Development and Maintenance " and addressed to the "Principal, C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, K. Puram P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin- 676307". The Last date and time for receipt of filled tender is at 2 p. m. on 21-12-2023.
