S ub :—Vesting of jurisdiction over various Police Stations with Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-III, Kannur and re-defining of jurisdiction of Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Kannur, Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Kannur, Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-I, Taliparamba - Notification issued-Reg.
Ref:—Official Memorandum No. D7A(1)-11861/2016/DII-1 dated 11-8-2023 of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.
In exercise of the powers confer red under Section 14(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act II of 1974) and order of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala bearing No. D7A(1)-11861/2016/DII-1 dated 11-8-2023, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thalassery hereby defines the areas specified in Column No. IV of the schedule, to be the local limits of the areas within which the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate mentioned in Column No. II, thereof may exercise powers vested on them with effect from 20-11-2023.
