42232 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Thiruvananthapuram District NeyyattinkaraTaluk NOTICE No: 90380674 22-12-2023Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that P RAJEEV KUMAR, SREENILAYAM PARAVILA, ALATHARAKKAL, Chenkal(G), CHENKAL, Chengal Village, Neyyattinkara Taluk of Thiruvananthapuram District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before TO RECEIVE BENEFITS OF GOVERNMENT in respect of the legal heirs of late AJITH KUMAR RADHA NIVAS KRWA-D1, MASS AUDITORIUM, KULASEKHARAM P O THIRUVANANTHAPURAM who expired on 16-07-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late AJITH KUMAR. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Neyyattinkara within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
