Date : 27/12/2023 As per Section 4(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 was published in Extra - ordinary Kerala Gazette No. 4187 dated 26/12/2023, the following amendments are hereby made in this gazette Publication.

1. CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT, THAIKKAD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM IS SUBSTITUTED FOR ' RAJAGIRI OUTREACH SOCIETY, RAJAGIRI.P.O, KALAMSSERY, KOCHI '.

DEVELOPMENT, THAIKKAD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM" to conduct a Social Impact Assessement study and to prepare a Social Impact Management plan as provided in the Act. The process shall be completed with in a period of 45 days, not exceeding six months in any case.
