In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2003 (27 of 2003), the Government of Kerala hereby nominate Shri B. Gopalakrishnan, M. V. Building, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram-695 121 as member to the Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Committee, with effect from 21st October, 2023, and consequently make the following further amendment to the notification issued under G.O. (Ms.) No. 92/2004/Law dated the 24th June, 2004 and published as S.R.O.

No. 657/2004 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 1329 dated 24th June, 2004, namely:— This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ 2 AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for serial number 5 and the entries against it, the following serial number and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:—

"5. Shri B. Gopalakrishnan, Member".

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) The Government have decided to nominate Shri B. Gopalakrishnan, M.V. Building, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram-695 121 as member to the Kerala Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Committee in the place of Shri B. Santhoshkumar and to make consequential amendment to the notification issued under G.O. (Ms.) No. 92/2004/Law dated 24th June, 2004 and published as S.R.O. No. 657/2004 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 1329 dated 24th June, 2004.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
