2ചിമിറ്റഡിലെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുും കേവ്ശാവ്കാശത്തിലുമുള്ള 11.11 ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി സുംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഒരു വ്യവ്സായ ര്രകേശമായി ഇതിനാൽ ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കുകയുും ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിൽ വ്യവ്സായ സ്ഥാരനങ്ങൾ ആരുംഭിക്കുന്നതിനുും ര്രവ്ർത്തിപ്ിക്കുന്നതിനുും വ്ിവ്ിധ സുംസ്ഥാന നിയമങ്ങൾ ര്രകാരും ആവ്ശയമായി വ്രുന്ന വ്ിവ്ിധതരും ലേസൻസുകൾ, ക്ലിയറൻസുകൾ അഥവ്ാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറുകൾ എന്നിവ് വേ്ഗത്തിൽ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിനുവേ്ണ്ി താലെ രട്ടിക I-ൽ രറയുന്ന അുംഗങ്ങളെ ഉൾട്രെുത്തിക്കൊണ് " ോട്ടയം സാൻസ് ചെറൈല്സ് റരപവറ്റ് ചിമിറ്റഡ് ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ " എന്ന രേരിൽ ഒരു ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ രൂരീകരിക്കുകയുും ചെയ്യുന്നു, അതായത :—

(എ) ജനറൽ മാനേജർ, ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ കേര്രും, ോട്ടയം (വ്യവ്സായ വ്കുപ് ര്രിൻസിപ്ൽ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ നോമിനി);
( ി) ജികാ കളക്ടർ, ോട്ടയം;
(സി) മാനേജർ, ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ കേര്രും, ോട്ടയം (ജികയിലെ ര്രേവ്റ ഇൻഡസ ട്രിയൽ എകേറ നോഡൽ ഓഫീസർ);
(ഡി) അസികന്റ ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ ഓഫീസർ, ോട്ടയം (ര്രേവ്റ ഇൻഡസ ട്രിയൽ എകേറ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ര്രകേശത്തെ നിയുക്ത അധികാര സ്ഥാനും);
(ഇ) ജികാ ഓഫീസർ, കേരള സുംസ്ഥാന മലിനീകരണ നിയര്രണ ോർഡ , ോട്ടയം;
(എഫ ) ജികാ ഓഫീസർ, ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഇൻസ രെക്ടറേറ , ോട്ടയം;
(ജി) ജികാ ഓഫീസർ, നഗര ഗ്രാമാസൂത്രണ വ്കുപ് , ോട്ടയം;
(എച്ച ) ജികാ മെഡിക്കൽ ഓഫീസർ, ോട്ടയം;
(ഐ) ഡെരയൂട്ടി ചീഫ എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കേരള സുംസ്ഥാന വേ്കയുതി ോർഡ ചിമിറഡ , ോട്ടയം;
(ജെ) ജികാ ഓഫീസർ, ഫാക്ടറീസ ആന്റ ോയിലേല സ വ്കുപ് , ോട്ടയം;
(കെ) ഡിവ്ിഷണൽ ഓഫീസർ, അഗ്നിശമന ര്േഷാസ്വേ്ന വ്കുപ് , ോട്ടയം;
3(എൽ) ഡിവ്ിഷണൽ ഫോറക ഓഫീസർ, ോട്ടയം;
(എും) ജികാ ലേ ർ ഓഫീസർ, ോട്ടയം;
(എൻ) ഡെരയൂട്ടി കമ്മീഷണർ, സുംസ്ഥാന ചരക്ക സ്വേ്ന നികുതി വ്കുപ് , ോട്ടയം;

(കയു) ജനറൽ മാനേജർ, ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ കേര്രും, ോട്ടയം;
(ആർ) ജനറൽ മാനേജർ, ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ കേര്രും, ോട്ടയം.
ര്രസ തുത ആക്ടിനെ്റ 5-ും വ്കുപ് (4)-ും ഉരവ്കുപ് ര്രകാരും ോട്ടയം ജികാ കളക്ടർ, ോർഡിനെ്റ ചെയർമാനുും, ജനറൽ മാനേജർ, ജികാ വ്യവ്സായ കേര്രും, ോട്ടയം ോർഡിനെ്റ കൺവ്ീനറുമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ .

(ഇത വ്ിജ്ഞാരനത്തിനെ്റ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതക. എന്നാൽ, അതിനെ്റ രൊതുവ്ായ ഉദ്ദേശയും വെ്ളിട്രെുത്താൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ുള്ളതാണ .)
1999-ലെ കേരള വ്യവ്സായ ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡുകളുും വ്യവ്സായനഗര ര്രകേശവ്ികസനവ്ുും ആക റിലെ (2000-ലെ 5) 2-ും വ്കുപ് (എഫ ) ഖണ്ഡര്രകാരും സുംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതു ര്രകേശത്തേയുും വ്യാവ്സായിക ര്രകേശമായി ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കാവ്ുന്നതുും ആക റിനെ്റ 5 -ും വ്കുപ് (1)-ും ഉരവ്കുപ് ര്രകാരും ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിനുവേ്ണ്ി ഒരു ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ രൂരീകരിക്കാവ്ുന്നതുമാണ .
അര്രകാരും ോട്ടയം ജികയിലെ മീനച്ചിൽ താലൂക്കിൽ മൂന്നിലവ് വ്ികേജിലെ സാൻസ് ചെറൈല്സ് റരപവറ്റ് ചിമിറ്റഡിലെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുും കേവ്ശാവ്കാശത്തിലുമുള്ള 11.11 ഏക്കർ ഭൂമി ഒരു വ്യവ്സായ ര്രകേശമായി ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കുവ്ാനുും ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിനുവേ്ണ്ി " ോട്ടയം സാൻസ് ചെറൈല്സ് റരപവറ്റ് ചിമിറ്റഡ് ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ " രൂരീകരിക്കുവ്ാനുും കേരള സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മേൽറ്രഞ്ഞ ച്േഷ്യും നിറവേ്റുന്നതിന ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ുള്ളതാണ ഈ വ്ിജ്ഞാരനും.

G. O. (P) No. 76/2023/ID. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 22nd December, 2023 6th Dhanu, 1199 S. R. O. No. 1409/2023
1st Pousha, 1945.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 2 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000) the Government of Kerala hereby declare an area of 11.11 Acres of land owned and possessed by Sance Steriles Pvt. Ltd. in Moonnilavu Village in Meenachil Taluk in Kottayam District as specified in Schedule II below to be an Industrial Area of the State and constitute a Single Window Clearance Board for the said area to be known as "Kottayam Sance Steriles Pvt. Ltd. Single Window Clearance Board" for the purpose of speedy issue of various licenses, clearances or certificates required under various State enactments for setting up and running of enterprises with the following members mentioned in the Schedule I below, namely:—

(a) General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kottayam (Nominee of the Principal Secretary to Government, Industries Department);
(b) District Collector, Kottayam;
(c) Manager, District Industries Centre, Kottayam (District Nodal Officer, Private Industrial Estate);
(d) Assistant District Industries Officer, Kottayam (Designated Authority where the Private Industrial Estate situates);
(e) District Officer, Kerala State Pollution Control Board, Kottayam;
(f) District Officer, Electrical Inspectorate, Kottayam;
(g) District Officer, Town and Country Planning Department, Kottayam;
(h) District Medical Officer, Kottayam;
6(i) Deputy Chief Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, Kottayam;
(j) District Officer, Factories and Boilers, Kottayam;
(k) Divisional Officer, Department of Fire and Rescue Service, Kottayam;
(l) Divisional Forest Officer, Kottayam;
(m) District Labour Officer, Kottayam;
(n) Deputy Commissioner, State Goods and Service Tax Department, Kottayam;
(o) Executive Engineer, Kerala Water Authority, Kottayam;
(p) Secretary, District Tourism Promotion Council, Kottayam;
(q) General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kottayam;
(r) General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kottayam.
The District Collector, Kottayam shall be the Chairman of the Board and the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kottayam shall be the Convenor of the Board under sub-section (4) of section 5 of the said Act.

7Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but intended to indicate its general purport.) As per clause (f) of section 2 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000), the Government may declare any area in the State to be an Industrial Area and constitute Single the Window Clearance Board for the said area as per sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act. Accordingly, the Government have decided to declare an area of 11.11 Acres of land owned and possessed by Sance Steriles Pvt. Ltd. in Moonnilavu Village in Meenachil Taluk in Kottayam District to be an Industrial Area of the State and to constitute "Kottayam Sance Steriles Pvt. Ltd. Single Window Clearance Board" for the said area.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
