Whereas the Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Company Ltd. has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 9,97,204 (Rupees Nine Lakh Ninety Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Four only) as a compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Shaji, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the 1st Opposite party and where as the Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara reported that:
1. Smt. Geetha, N., Valiyavila Puthen Veedu, Pulimuttam, Ambalathinkala P. O.,—Wife 2. Jijo Shaji, Valiyavila Puthen Veedu, Pulimuttam, Ambalathinkala P. O.—Son
are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee' s Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
ഒന്നാം എതിർകക്ഷിയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ഷാജി എന്നയാളുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ തുക നൽകുന്നതിനായി ബജാജ് അലയൻസ് ജനറൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കമ്പനി ലിമിറ്റഡ് ` 9,97,204 (ഒമ്പത് ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി ഏഴായിരത്തി ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി നാല്് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ആഫീസർ, നെയ്യാറ്റിൻകര അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ശ്രീമതി ഗീത, എൻ., വലിയവിള പുത്തൻവീട്, പുലിമുട്ടം, അമ്പലത്തിൻകാല പി. ഒ.—ഭാര്യ 2. ജിജോ ഷാജി, വലിയവിള പുത്തൻവീട്, പുലിമുട്ടം, അമ്പലത്തിൻകാല പി. ഒ.—മകൻ
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽവിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
