Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Santhi N.K, Tharakkal House, Manthoppu,Kizhakkumuri, Kanippayyur, Pin -680517, Kanipayyoor Village, Kunnamkulam Taluk of Thrissur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before bank in respect of the legal heirs of late Gopi T.K Tharakkal House, Manthoppu,Kizhakkumuri, Kanippayyur, Pin -680517 who expired on 14-02-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Gopi T.K. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents of Deceased person are not alive. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Kunnamkulam within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

കുന്നംകുളം താലൂക്കിൽ വെള്ളാറ്റർ വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ പി.എസ്. ജനാർദ്ദനൻ നായർ S/o ശങ്കരൻ നായർ, പുർ വീട്, കുറുവർ, വെള്ളാറ്റർ പി.ഒ, പിൻ 680601 എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് ഷറി ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി വെള്ളാറ്റർ വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ വിജയലക്ഷ്മി, പുർ വീട്, കുറുവർ, വെള്ളാറ്റർ പി.ഒ,പിൻ 680601, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ വെള്ളാറ്റർ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 03-06-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടു അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

കുന്നംകുളം താലൂക്കിൽ ആർത്താറ്റ് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ ഭാരൻ സി.കെ ചൂണ്ടപുരക്കൽ ഹൗസ്, ചെമ്മർ പി.ഒ., ആർത്താറ്റ്, പിൻ -680517 എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് ബാങ്ക് ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി ആർത്താറ്റ് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ അംബികാവതി ഭാരൻ, ചൂണ്ടപുരക്കൽ ഹൗസ്, ചെമ്മർ പി.ഒ., ആർത്താറ്റ്, പിൻ -680517, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ ആർത്താറ്റ് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 27-08-2020 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടു. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
