പൂർത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവർക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ ടെസ്റ്റ് റിസൾട്ട് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഗസറ്റും അഡിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റും മേലധികാരികളെ കാണിച്ച് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. 29.07.1978- ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഉത്തരവിൻപ്രകാരം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അർഹതയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പരീക്ഷ വിജയിച്ച വിവരം സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മേലധികാരി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

പരീക്ഷയിൽ ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും ലഭിച്ച മാർക്കുകൾ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ ലഭ്യമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാൽ മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുളള എല്ലാ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ 'Digilocker' സംവിധാനത്തിൽ അപ് ലോഡ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് അവരുടെ Digilocker അക്കൌണ്ടിലേക്ക് ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ access ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. ഇതിലേയ്ക്കായി വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ ആധാർ ലിങ്ക് ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്തവർ ആയത് പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 11.09.2018 തീയതിയിലെ GO(P) No 06/2018/ITD ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം, Digilocker- ൽ ലഭ്യമായ രേഖകൾ Physical Documents ന് തുല്യമായി സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുളള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ ആധികാരികത, അവയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട QR CodeScan ചെയ്തും; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ https://psc.kerala.gov.in/kpsc/certverify.php എന്ന URL- ൽ ആവശ്യമായ വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകിയും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.

5) ജൂൺ 2013 വിജ്ഞാപനം മുതൽ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഡാഫ്റ്റ്സമാൻ/ ഹെഡ് ഡാഫ്റ്റ്സമാൻ ടെസ്റ്റ് വിജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ, ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി, അപേക്ഷകരുടെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കുള്ള One Time Registration Profile വഴിയാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഡാഫ്റ്റ്സമാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും ഹെഡ് ഡാഫ്റ്റ്സമാൻ ടെസ്റ്റിനും പ്രത്യേകം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരം ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനും പാസാകുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ അതാത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾക്ക് പ്രത്യേകം അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

6) മുൻ വിജ്ഞാപനങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരം പരീക്ഷ വിജയിച്ച് ഇതിനോടകം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൈപ്പറ്റിയിട്ടുള്ളവർ, ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി പുതിയതായി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. ജൂൺ 2013 ന് മുൻപ് ടി വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ എഴുതി വിജയിച്ച അപേക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ആധാരമായി പരീക്ഷയുടെ ഒറിജിനൽ അഡിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലാതെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അഡിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയവർ മുനറ്റി പതിനഞ്ച് രൂപ (315) സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ട്രഷറിയിൽ '0051- PSC-800-State PSC-99-Examination Fee' എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ ഒടുക്കി ഒറിജിനൽ ചെലാൻ രസീതും, Annexure II- ൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള ഐഡന്റിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും, സത്യപ്രസ്താവനയും (Affidavit) ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഓഫീസ് മേലധികാരി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയതോടുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

PSC 99 Examination Fee

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം അനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുന: പരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ അനുവാദമില്ല. എന്നാൽ പേപ്പർ ഒന്നിന് 160/- ( നൂറ്റി അൻപത് രൂപ) രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ " 0051 PSC (105) State " എന്ന ഹെഡിൽ ഫീസ് അടച്ച് അസ്സൽ ചെലാൻ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കുകൾ കൂട്ടി നോക്കി തെറ്റുകൾ വല്ലതും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഈ പരിശോധന പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ്This is a digitally signed Gazette. കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ തന്നെയായിരിക്കും നടത്തുന്നത്. ഇതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാ ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
