2023 ഡിസംബർ 30 താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് 2013 ലെ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കലിൽ ന്യായമായ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും സുതാര്യതയ്ക്കും, പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുനഃസ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവകാശ ആക്ട് വകുപ്പ് 11 ഉപവകുപ്പ് (1) പ്രകാരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനം 30.01.2023 തീയ്യതിയിലെ 354 നമ്പർ, വാല്യം 12 അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാലും;
2013 ലെ ഭൂമി ഏറ്റെടുക്കലിൽ ന്യായമായ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തിനും, സുതാര്യതയ്ക്കും പുനരധിവാസത്തിനും പുനഃസ്ഥാപനത്തിനുമുള്ള അവകാശ ആക്ട് 15-)o വകുപ്പ് 1-)o ഉപവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു ആവശ്യത്തിനായി പൊന്നുംവിലയ്ക്ക് എടുക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് സ്ഥലമെടുപ്പ് ആഫീസർ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം സമുചിത സർക്കാരിന് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിനാലും;
ഇപ്പോൾ അതിനാൽ പ്രസ്തുത നിയമത്തിന്റെ വകുപ്പ് (19) പ്രകാരം താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകദേശ ഹെക്ടറും (ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിൽ ചേർത്തല താലൂക്കിൽ ചേർത്തല നോർത്ത് വില്ലേജിൽ 0.0315 ഹെക്ടർ) അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിൽ അല്പം കൂടുതലോ കുറവോ വിസ്തീർണ്ണം വരുന്നതുമായ ഭൂമി ഒരു പൊതു ആവശ്യത്തിന് അതായത് മനോരമ കവല വികസനത്തിനുമായി ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെന്ന് സമുചിത സർക്കാർ ഇതിനാൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയും പ്രസ്തുത ഭൂമി പൊന്നുംവിലയ്ക്ക് എടുക്കുന്നതിന് ആലപ്പുഴ എൽ.എ(ജനറൽ) സ്പെഷ്യൽ തഹസിൽദാർ എന്നയാളോട് നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
2സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ ഒരു രൂപരേഖ സ്പെഷ്യൽ തഹസിൽദാർ എൽ .എ (ജനറൽ), ആലപ്പുഴ ഓഫീസിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് എപ്പോൾ വേണമെങ്കിലും അത് പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

FORM OF DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE ACT
DECLARATION
No.G.4/8449/23 Date: 30 December 2023
WHEREAS, under sub section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 at Extra ordinary Gazette No.354 Vol.12 dated 30.01.2023 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published.
AND WHEREAS, the Appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the collector under sub-section(1) of section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;
Now, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the schedule below and measuring 0.0315 hectares in Cherthala North Village to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for public purpose, to wit for the land acquisition for Development of Manorama Kavala and direct the Special Tahsildar, L.A , General, Alappuzha to take order for the acquisition of the land.
A plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar, L.A ( General), Alappuzha and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
