The tenders will be opened at Government Engineering College Thrissur on 02/02/2024 2.00 PM in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Govt. Engineering. College, Thrissur, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs.590/-(500+18%GST) + postal charge which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. ടെ≠റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ ടെ≠ർ ഫോം കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

അതിൽ ടെ≠റുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാം. ഒറിജിനൽ ടെ≠ർ ഫോം കൃത്യമായി പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് ഒപ്പിട്ടാൽ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കൂ. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയ്ക്കൊപ്പം ` 831 പണമായും ` 150-നുള്ള ജി.എസ്.ടി. റെമിറ്റൻസ് രസീതും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. ഒരു ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന് ആകെ ` 981 ആണ് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി ആയി ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, സ്റ്റാമ്പ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ തുടങ്ങിയവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാൽ മുഖേന ഫോം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ മണിയോർഡർ വഴി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള തപാൽ ചാർ÷ുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വില ` 881-ഉം ` 154-ന് പ്രത്യേക ജി.എസ്.ടി. റെമിറ്റൻസ് രസീതും അയയ്ക്കണം (മൊത്തം ചെലവ് ` 1,031). ഓരോ ടെ≠റും ടെൻഡറിനൊപ്പം ` 200 മൂല്യമുള്ള കേരളാ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിൽ ഒരു കരാർ നടപ്പിലാക്കണം. പർച്ചേഴ്സ് ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഈ കോളേജിൽ സ്വന്തമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്ധരിച്ച നിരക്കിന്റെ ദൃഢത 31-3-2024 വരെ ആയിരിക്കും.

ഓരോ ഇനത്തെയും സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിരക്കുകൾ, ജി.എസ്.ടി ലേഖനങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണത്തിന്റെ വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം പറയേ≠താണ്. ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റുകളുടെ രൂപത്തിൽ മൊത്തം ചെലവിന്റെ 1% EMD നൽകണം. പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ സി.എച്ച്.എം.കെ.എം. ഗവ. ആർട്സ് ആൻഡ് സയൻസ് കോളേജിന്റെ പേരിൽ എസ്.ബി.എെ. താനൂർ ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്നതായിരിക്കണം ഡി.ഡി. മതിയായ EMD ഇല്ലാത്തവ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടാൻ ബാധ്യസ്ഥമാണ്. Date for receiving sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipment to the Electronics Department of Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, for total cost of ` 4,15,110 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifteen Thousand one Hundred and Ten only) under the scheme/head of Physical, Human and IT Infrastructure Upgradation, Development and Maintenance Plan 2023-24. 2202-03-103-47 (P.V) has been extended as detailed below.

The envelope containing the tender should be superscribed as "Tender No. 1/2023-24(P) tender for supply of Lab Equipment to the Electronics Department of C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, under the scheme of Physical, Human and IT Infrastructure Upgradation, Development and Maintenance " and addressed to the "Principal, C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and Science College, Tanur, K. Puram P. O., Malappuram District, Kerala, Pin- 676 307". The last date and time for receipt of filled tender is at 2 p. m. on 25-1-2024. The tenders will be opened at 2.30 p. m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers/bidders or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Sale of tender form will be closed on 25-1-2024 at 12.30 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted at any account.

Intending tenderers may make an application to the Principal to obtain the requisite tender form, in which tenders should be submitted. The original tender form duly filled and signed only will be accepted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 831 and GST remittance receipt for ` 150 which is the price fixed for a tender form and which is not transferable. Cheques, postal orders and Postal stamps, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form and the tender form will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who require tender form by registered post should sent the cost of tender form ` 881 including postal charges for registered post by money order and separate GST remittance receipt for ` 150 is to be attached for the same (Total Cost of ` 1,031). Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 along with the tender. "The articles should be supplied within one month, on receipt of the purchase/supply order, to this college as at your own expenses''.

The period of firmness of the rate quoted will be up to 31-3-2024. Rates, GST and condition of supply of articles should clearly be stated separately in respect of each item.

The tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% (1 percent) of the total cost in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal, C.H.M.K.M. Government Arts and Science College at SBI, Tanur Branch only. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed the attested copy of exemption orders. More details can be had from the college office during working days, cash transaction in the office is from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. on all working days. The undersigned will have the right to cancel or extend the tender formalities at any time without further notice.

Last date for the receipt of tenders will be 12-1-2024, 11.30 am. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p. m. on 12-1-2024 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal, Govt. സർക്കാർ അച്ചുകൂടങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ഷീറ്റ്ഫെഡ് ഓഫ്സെറ്റ് പ്രോസസ് മഷികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 19-1-2024 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 62/2023-24 ഷീറ്റ്ഫെഡ് ഓഫ്സെറ്റ് പ്രോസസ് മഷികൾ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്'' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാ ലും സ്വീ കരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസു കൾ നിർ ദ്ദിഷ്ട േ ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ` 600+ജി.എസ്.ടി. 18% നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ` 300+ജി.എസ്.ടി. 18% നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ. സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ` 200 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Sealed tenders are superscribed as Tender No. 62/2023-24 for the supply of Sheetfed Offset Process Ink is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 19-1-2024 at 1 p. m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of ` 600+GST @ 18% for original form and ` 300+GST @ 18% for duplicate.

Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 19-1-2024. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 should be executed along with the tenders. Late tenders and tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 200 will not be accepted on any account.
