G.O. (Rt.) No. 1529/2023/LBR. Thiruvananthapuram, 18th December 2023.
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between (1) The Managing Director, The Mid Land Rubber & Produce Company Ltd, No. 27/1032, P. B. No. 4260, Panambbilly Nagar, Kochi-682 036 (2) the Manager, A. V. T. Perinadu Estate, Maniyar P. O., Vadasserykkara-689 662 and the workman of the above reffered establishment Sri Deepumon, P. S., Parvatharayil House, Kurisummoodu, Vadasserikkara-689 662 represented by the General Secretary, Pathanamthitta District Plantation Workers Union (INTUC), INTUC Office (H.O.) Perinadu-689 711 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.
ANNEXURE
"Whether the refusal of management to engage Sri Deepumon P. S., as Tapper and decision to transfer him as a factory worker in AVT Perinadu Estate, Maniyar P. O., Vadasserikkara-689 663 is justifiable? If not, what relief the worker entitled to?"

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between (1) Sri V. N. Babu, Managing Partner, Silver Sands residency, Veliyil House, Thykkattussery-688 528 (2) Smt. Santha Babu, Managing Partner, Silver Sands Residency, Veliyil House, Thykkattussery- 688 528 (3) Sri T. Santhosh, Managing Partner, Silver Sands Residency, Nandhanam, Thykkattussery- 688 528 (4) Smt. Bobby Santhosh, Managing Partner, Silver Sands Residency, Nandhanam, Thykkattussery-688 528 and the workman of the above referred establishment represened by the General Secretary, Alappuzha Jilla Shops & Establishment Masdhoor sangh (B.M.S.), B.M.S. Office, Alappuzha-688 013 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Sri George Alexander, Manging Director, M/s Muthoot Finance Limited, Head Office, 2nd floor, Muthoot Chambers, Banarji Road, Kochi-682 018 and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri Akhil M. V., Muthukkattil Veedu, Near Pongithodi Colony, Karyambadi P. O., Wayanad in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this Order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kannur. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.
ANNEXURE
"Whether the dismissal from service of Sri Akhil, M. V., Peon of Muthoot Finance Limited, Kalpetta Branch by the Management of Muthoot Finance Limited is justifiable or not?
If not, what relief he is entitled to get?"
