2024 ജനണുവരജ 10 തഫോലഴെ പട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭൂമിലയ സംബനിച്ച് 2013 ലല ഭൂമി ഏലറ്റടുക്കലില്‍ നഖഫോയമഫോയ നഷ്ട പരിഹഫോരതിനും സുതഫോരഖതയം, പുനരധിവഫോസതിനും പുനനഃസഫോപനതിനുമുള്ള അവകഫോശ ആക് വകുപ് 11 ഉപവകുപ് (1) പ്രകഫോരമുള്ള വിജ്ഞഫോപനം 27.12.2022 തതീയതിയിലല അസഫോധഫോരണ ഗസറ്റ ് നമ്പര 4399, വഫോലഖം 11 പ്രകഫോരം പ്രസിദ്ധലപടുതിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനഫോലും ;
2013 ലല ഭൂമി ഏലറ്റടുക്കലില്‍ നഖഫോയമഫോയ നഷ്ടപരിഹഫോരതിനും, സുതഫോരഖതക്കും പുനരധിവഫോസതിനും പുനനഃസഫോപനതിനുമുള്ള അവകഫോശ ആക് വകുപ് (15), ഉപവകുപ് (1) പ്രകഫോരം തഫോലഴെ പട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുളള ഭൂമി ഒരു ലപഫോതുആവശഖതിനഫോയി ലപഫോനംവിലയ് എടുഫക്കണ്ടതഫോലണന് സലലമടുപ് ആഫതീസര തയഫോറഫോക്കിയ റിഫപഫോരട്ട് പ്രകഫോരം സമുചിത സരക്കഫോരിന് ഫബഫോദ്ധഖലപട്ടതിനഫോലും;
ഇഫപഫോള്‍ അതിനഫോല്‍ പ്രസ്തുത നിയമതിലന്‍റെ വകുപ് (19) പ്രകഫോരം തഫോലഴെ പട്ടികയില്‍ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ഏകഫദശേം 0.0214 ലഹകറം(ആലപ്പുഴെ ജില്ലയില്‍ കുട്ടനഫോട് തഫോലൂക്കില്‍ കഫോവഫോലം

യൂണിറ്റ്-2 കിഫ്ബി,ആലപ്പുഴ െഎനയഫോഫളഫോട് നിരഫദശേിക്കുകയും ലചയ്യുന.

FORM OF DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 19 OF THE ACT
DECLARATION
G3/462/2023.
Date: 10 Januvary 2024.
WHEREAS, under sub section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 at Extra ordinary Gazette No.4399 Vol 11 dt. 27/12/2022 in respect of the land specified in the schedule below has been published.
AND WHEREAS, the Appropriate Government is satisfied after considering the report made by the collector under sub-section(1) of section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, that the land specified in the schedule below has to be acquired for a public purpose;
Now, THEREFORE, the appropriate Government hereby declares under section 19 of the Act, that the land specified in the schedule below and measuring approximately 0.0214 hectares (0.0031 hectars in kavalam village,0.0183 hectars in Kunnumma village) to be the same, a little more or less, is needed for public purpose, to wit for the land acquisition for Kavalam Thattassery Bridge (Second Phase) and direct the Special Tahsildar, L.A Unit-2,Kiffb,Alappuzha to take order for the acquisition of the land.
A plan of the land is kept in the office of the Special Tahsildar, L.A Unit-2, Kiffb, Alappuzha and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
