Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the Managing Director, Nyle Institute of Medical Science (P) Ltd., Kaiparambu P.O., Thrissur - 680 546, and the workers of the above referred establishment represented by (1) District Secretary, United Nurses Association, Thrissur District Committy, I V Crust Appartment, Kizhakkumpattukara P. O., Thrissur-680 005, (2) Smt. Sruthi, T. S., W/o Nitheesh, E. M., Edakalathur House, Edakalathur P.O., Thrissur-680 552, (3) Smt. Nimmi, V. J., W/o Vijesh, K. J., Kidangan House, Thengaloor P.O., Thrissur-680 596, (4) Smt. Aswathy, A. S., W/o Anil Kumar, Pallikulangara House, Ponnor P. O., Parappoor, Thrissur-680 552, (5) Smt. Varsha, P. And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.
ANNEXURE
"Whether the Retrenchment of employment of six employees (Smt. Sruthy, T. S., Smt. Sangeetha, N. S., Smt. Nimmi, V. J., Smt. Daisy, V. T., Smt. Aswathy, A. S., Smt.Varsha, P. V.) by the management of Nyle Institute of Medical Science (P) Ltd. is justifiable? If not, what relief they are entitled to receive?"

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between Sri Vasu, T. G., Proprietor, Global Building Materials, Opposite to L F Convent High Schoo1, Mammiyoor P. O., Guruvayur, Thrissur-680 101 and the workman of the above referred esta blishment Smt. Sudha, N. K., Karuvalli House, Kooriparambu Road, Arthat P. O., Thrissur-680 521 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinin of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Ernakulam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Ernakulam.
