Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that JASILA K JAMSHEELA MANZIL KAPPUMMAL ERUVATTY, Eruvatti Village, Thalassery Taluk of Kannur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES in respect of the legal heirs of late HARIS K JAMSHEELA MANZIL KAPPUMMAL ERUVATTY who expired on 27-12-2013 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late HARIS K. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . - Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Thalassery within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that REENA V P LAKSHMI NIVAS, ARANGETTU PARAMBA, Eranholi(G), ERANHOLI, 670107, Eranholi, Thalassery, Kannur, Eranholi Village, Thalassery Taluk of Kannur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES in respect of the legal heirs of late ANIL KUMAR K V LAKSHMI NIVAS, ARANGETTU PARAMBA, Eranholi(G), ERANHOLI, 670107, Eranholi, Thalassery, Kannur who expired on 28-05-2021 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late ANIL KUMAR K V. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Thalassery within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.

Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that MOOSA KARUVARATH KARUVARATH, KOLAVALLUR, Kunnathuparamba(G), CHERUPARAMBA, 670693, Kolavallur, Thalassery, Kannur, Kolavallur Village, Thalassery Taluk of Kannur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES in respect of the legal heirs of late MAHAMOOD KARUVARATH KARUVARATH, KOLAVALLUR, Kunnathuparamba(G), CHERUPARAMBA, 670693, Kolavallur, Thalassery, Kannur who expired on 29-11-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late MAHAMOOD KARUVARATH. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .

Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Thalassery within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette.
