In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1), (3) and (5) of section 6 of the Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1969 (22 of 1969) read with paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Scheme, 1969, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Smt.Preetha.B, Sri.S.Sabir Hussain, Sri.K.Anilkumar as Directors representing the Government and Sri.Prasad.A.D, Sri.Binu.V.K as Directors representing the Employers and Sri.Thomas Sebastian as Director representing the Employees in the Kerala Toddy Workers'
2Welfare Fund Board reconstituted as per notification issued under G.O.(P) No.30/2023/LBR dated 27th February, 2023 and published as S.R.O. No.264/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 699 dated 27th February, 2023 and consequently make the following amendment to the said notification, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification,
(a) under the heading "I. Directors Representing the Government", for the entries against serial No. 4, 5 and 6 the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
"4. Smt. Preetha.B,
Additional Secretary to Government,
Labour and Skills Department,
Government Secretariat,
Thiruvananthapuram.
5. Sri. S.Sabir Hussain
Special Secretary to Government,
Revenue Department,
Government Secretariat,
Thiruvananthapuram.
6. Sri. K.Anilkumar
Joint Secretary to Government,
Finance Department,
Government Secretariat,
Thiruvananthapuram. "
(b) under the heading "II. Directors Representing the Employers",
(i) for the entry against serial No.5, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
" Sri. Prasad A.D,
Arisseril House,
Kaduthuruthy.P.O.,
Kottayam - 686 604." ;
(ii) after serial No.6, the following entry shall be added, namely:-
" 7. Sri. Binu.V.K,
Binu Bhavan,
Edichudi, Puthariyadukam.P.O.,
Neeleswaram, Kasaragod ."
3(c) under the heading "Directors Representing the Employees", for the entry against serial No. 7, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
" Sri. Thomas Sebastian, Chennattu House, Poinachy, Thekkil .P.O., Chenkala via, Kasaragod - 671 541."

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) The Government have decided to appoint Smt. Preetha.B, Additional Secretary to Government, Labour and Skills Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram, Sri.S. Sabir Hussain, Special Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram and Sri. K.Anilkumar, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram in place of Smt. N.K. Chandra, Joint Secretary, Department of Labour and Skills, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram, Sri. M.G. Ranjith Kumar, Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram and Sri.G.Srini, Joint Secretary, Finance Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram respectively as government officials, Sri. Prasad A.D, Arisseril House, Kaduthuruthy.P.O., Kottayam – 686 604 in place of Shri. V.R.Valsappan, Kaniyamparambu, Meenadam.P.O., Kottayam and Sri. Binu.V.K, Binu Bhavan, Edichudi, Puthariyadukam.P.O., Neeleswaram, Kasaragod as employers representatives and Sri. Thomas Sebastian, Chennattu House, Poinachy, Thekkil .P.O., Chenkala via, Kasaragod - 671541 in place of Shri.L. Azhakesan (I.N.T.U.C), Kailas, Kootikada.P.O., Thattamala, Kollam as employees representative in the Kerala Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Board reconstituted as per notification issued under G.O.(P) No.30/2023/LBR dated 27th February, 2023 and published as S.R.O. No.264/2023 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 699 dated 27th February, 2023 and to amend the said notification suitably.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
