K.Dis/RDOTSR/44/2024/B5 12 th January 2024 .......WHEREAS, it is expedient to publish the fair value of land as required under section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation for Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995;
