Whereas New Manager, Nellickai Estate, Vandiperiyar, Poabs Enterprises Pvt. Ltd has deposited with this court a sum of ` 4,42,500 (Rupees Four Lakh Fourty Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Ramiah, who met with a fatal accident while he was working as Nellickai Estate on 25-8-2007 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Peermade has reported that

are his dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

1. ശ്രീ. പളനി സ്വാമി, 3, ചെല്ല നഗർ 1st സ്ട്രീറ്റ് മംഗലം റോഡ്, തിരുപ്പൂർ, തമിഴ്നാട്-641 687—മകൻ 2. ശ്രീ. മാരിമുത്തു, നെല്ലിക്കായ് എസ്റ്റേറ്റ്, നെല്ലിക്കായ്, വ≠ിപ്പെരിയാർ, ഇടുക്കി-685 533—മകൻ എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് പീരുമേട് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽവിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

ശ്രീ. അനുകൃഷ്ണ, കെ. എസ്., കണ്ണംകുളം വീട്, ചിറ്റിലശ്ശേരി പി. ഒ., നെ∑ണിക്കര, തൃശ്ശൂർ എന്നയാൾ ജോലിക്കിടയിൽ ഉ≠ായ അപകടത്തിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതിന് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി ടിയാന്റെ മാതാവ് ശ്രീമതി ജലജ എന്നവർ ഈ ട്രൈബ്യൂണൽ മുൻപാകെ ECC 12/20 നമ്പരായി അപേക്ഷ ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര നിയമത്തിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിർവചന പ്രകാരം ശ്രീ. അനുകൃഷ്ണ, കെ. എസ്.-ന്റെ ആശ്രിതയായി ശ്രീമതി ജലജ (മാതാവ്) എന്നവർ മാത്രമാണ് ഉ≠ായിരുന്നതെന്ന് ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. പരേതനായ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ കോടതി മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞവർ മാത്രമാണ് ശ്രീ. അനുകൃഷ്ണയുടെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്നുള്ള നിഗമനത്തിൽ എത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
