In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Kerala Public Buildings(Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968, (Act 25 of 1968), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint the Chief Executive Officer, Cyberpark, Kozhikode as the Estate This is a digitally signed Gazette. Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the Notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

Cyberpark, Kozhikode is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act 21 of 1860). It has one building at Cyberpark, Kozhikode. Certain companies make default of the agreement between the company and the Cyberpark. So it has become necessary to appoint an Estate Officer to deal with such defaulters as envisaged under the Kerala Public Buildings (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1968 (Act 25 of 1968).

Hence, the Government have decided to appoint the Chief Executive Officer, Cyberpark, Kozhikode to be the Estate Officer of Cyberpark for the purpose of the said Act.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
