WHEREAS, the Government of Kerala have appointed Shri Sreelal N.Warriar, Advocate, Warriar & Co., Ground Floor, Kripa, Warriar Road, Cochin-682 016 as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in CBCID Crime No. 111/CR/HHW-II/EKM/2011 (Crime No 346/2011 of North Paravoor Police Station) as per notification issued under G.O.(Rt.) This is a digitally signed Gazette. Authenticity may be verified through https://compose.kerala.gov.in/ 2

No.2471/2016/Home dated 8th August, 2016 and published as S.R.O.No.553/2016 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1452 dated 17th August, 2016;

AND WHEREAS, Shri Sreelal N Warriar has submitted his resignation from conducting the prosecution of the said case and the Government have decided to accept his resignation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (8) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023) read with sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of rule 11 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Services) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978 and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(Rt.) No.2471/2016/Home dated 8th August, 2016 and published as S.R.O.No.553/2016 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.1452 dated 17th August, 2016, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri T.P.Ramesh, Advocate, Haritha, 34/2304A, Kannayath Road, Mamangalam, Kochi-682 025, as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in CBCID Crime No.111/CB/EKM/11 (Crime No. 346/2011 of North Paravoor Police Station) on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Condition of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.

Explanatory Note

Government have decided to accept the resignation of Shri Sreelal N Warriar, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor from conducting the prosecution in CBCID Crime No. 111/CR/HHW-II/EKM/2011 (Crime No 346/2011 of North Paravoor Police Station) and have decided to appoint Shri T.P.Ramesh, Advocate, Haritha, 34/2304A, Kannayath Road, Mamangalam, Kochi-682 025 as Special Public Prosecutor for the conduct of prosecution in the said case, on payment of fees prescribed in item 10 of rule 32 of the Kerala Government Law Officers (Appointment and Conditions of Service) and Conduct of Cases Rules, 1978.
