In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act of 59 of 1988), the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri B. Nibudas, SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar, Jagathy, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695014 as a Member of the State Transport Authority in the place of Shri M.Alikkoya, Madathil Veedu, Kakkodi P.O., Kozhikode – 673 611 and consequentlymake the following amendment to the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.3/2002/Tran. dated 14th January, 2002 published as S.R.O. 2 Extraordinary No. 80 dated 17th January, 2002, namely:- AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the entries against Serial No.4, the following entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:-

Government have decided to appoint Shri B. Nibudas, SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar, Jagathy, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram – 695014 in the place of Shri M.Alikkoya, Madathil Veedu, Kakkodi P.O., Kozhikode – 673 611 as a member, State Transport Authority.

The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
