2025 വർഷത്തിൽ, കോട്ടയം വനം ഡിവിഷനിൽപ്പെട്ട എരുമേലി, അയ്യപ്പൻകോവിൽ, നഗരംപാറ, കുമളി എന്നീ റെയിഞ്ചുകളിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വിൽപനയോഗ്യമായ വിവിധ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കേസ്സുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട തൊ≠ിത്തടികൾ, വിറക്, മറ്റിനം വനവിഭവങ്ങൾ, കൂടാതെ അപകടാവസ്ഥ ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിനായി മുറിച്ച് ശേഖരിക്കുന്ന തടി, വിറകുകൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ അതാത് റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസുകളിൽവച്ച് താഴെ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതികളിൽ പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് കോട്ടയം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ, പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദിവസം ഏ െ ത ങ്ക ി ല ു ം കാരണവശാൽ പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നി›ിത സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും വച്ച് ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ലേല ദിവസം ലേലത്തിൽ വയ്ക്കാൻ യോഗ്യമായ വേറെയും തൊ≠ിത്തടികൾ ലഭ്യമായാൽ അവയും ലേല ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ലേലം ചെയ്ത് വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലത്തിന് മുമ്പായി ലേലത്തിൽ വച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തൊ≠ിവകകളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരവും അളവുകളും മറ്റു വിശദ വിവരങ്ങളും നേരിൽ ക≠് ബോധ്യപ്പെടേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിനുശേഷം ഈ വക കാര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള യാതൊരു പരാതിയും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ ലേലത്തിലും വിൽക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന തടികൾ, മറ്റ് വനവിഭവങ്ങൾ മുതലായവയെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ അതാത് റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലേലത്തിന് മുൻപ് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. മുൻ ലേലത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്താത്ത ഏതെങ്കിലും ലോട്ടുകൾ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അവയും ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.

ചീഫ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (സംരക്ഷണം)-ന്റെ 2-12-2009-ലെ പ്രൊ 5-6835/09-ാം നമ്പരായിട്ടുള്ള 50-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ലേല നിബന്ധനകളും കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ വനം വകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള മറ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ലേലത്തിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.

കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം വിൽപ്പനയ്ക്ക് വച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തൊ≠ി തടികളുടെ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും വിജയിയായ ലേലക്കാരൻ ലേല ദിവസം തന്നെ കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ലേലത്തിന് മുൻപായി ഈട്ടി, തേക്ക് എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് ` 20,000 (ഇരുപതിനായിരം രൂപ), മറ്റു തടികൾക്ക് ` 10,000 (പതിനായിരം രൂപ), മറ്റു വനവിഭവങ്ങൾക്ക് ` 2,000 (ര≠ായിരം രൂപ) നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. റെയിഞ്ച് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിന്റെ പേരും ലേല തീയതികളും താഴെ ചേർക്കുന്നു.
