കോന്നി താലൂക്കിൽ വി കോട്ടയം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ റ്റി. പി. ദേവരാജൻ , തോട്ടരുകിൽ വീട് എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി വി കോട്ടയം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ ആനന്ദലക്ഷ്മി, തോട്ടരുകിൽ വീട് , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ വി കോട്ടയം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 03-12-2007 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. പരേതന് അവിവാഹിതരായ സഹോദരങ്ങൾ ആരും തന്നെയില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
