The Ad hoc Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) in Excise Department, which met on 28-11-2024, decided to revise the earlier select lists of Excise Inspectors for promotion to the combined cadre of Circle Inspectors/Managers/Superintendents of Excise for the years 2019 (Supplementary), 2020, 2021 and 2022 prepared as per the Departmental Promotion Committees (Lower) dated 2-9-2019 and 4-12-2019 (Ad hoc), 7-5-2020, 27-5-2020 (Ad hoc), 16-2-2021 (Regular and Ad hoc), 13-7-2021 (Ad hoc), 17-12-2021, 23-12-2021 (Ad hoc) and 22-2-2022 (Ad hoc), and to prepare Select Lists of Excise Inspectors for promotion to theThis is a digitally signed Gazette. combined cadre of Circle Inspectors/Managers/Superintendents of Excise for the years from 2023 and 2024, in accordance with the recast seniority list of Excise Inspectors for the period 1-7-2006 to 30-4-2019 finalised as per Order No. EXC/3318/2024-XD3 dated 13-11-2024 of the Excise Commissioner. This revision entails the complete cancellation of the names of the officers previously included in those select lists, and the inclusion of officers in accordance with the recast feeder category seniority list. The Ad hoc Departmental Promotion Committee (Lower) has prepared the following revised Select Lists of Excise Inspectors for promotion to the combined cadre of Circle Inspectors/Managers/Superintendents of Excise for the years 2019 (Supplementary), 2020, 2021 and 2022 and Select Lists of Excise Inspectors for promotion to the combined cadre of Circle Inspectors/Managers/Superintendents of Excise for the years from 2023 and 2024.
