2ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുും കേവ്ശാവ്കാശത്തിലുമുള്ള 439.9 ആർ ഭൂമിഷ്യ സുംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഒരു വ്യവ്സായ ര്രകേശമായി ഇതിനാൽ ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കുകയുും ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിൽ വ്യവ്സായ സ്ഥാരനങ്ങൾ ആരുംഭിക്കുന്നതിനുും ര്രവ്ർത്തിപ്ിക്കുന്നതിനുും വ്ിവ്ിധ സുംസ്ഥാന നിയമങ്ങൾ ര്രകാരും ആവ്ശയമായി വ്രുന്ന വ്ിവ്ിധതരും ലേസൻസുകൾ, ക്ലിയറൻസുകൾ അഥവ്ാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറുകൾ എന്നിവ് വേ്ഗത്തിൽ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിനുവേ്ണ്ി താലെ രട്ടിക I-ൽ രറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന അുംഗങ്ങളെ ഉൾട്രെുത്തി "സിഡ്ല്ലാേ ാേരക്കാട് വയവസായ എല്ലകറ്റ് ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ " എന്ന രേരിൽ ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ രൂരീകരിക്കുകയുും ചെയ്യുന്നു, അതായത :—

(ഡി) എല്ലകറ്റ് മാല്ലനജർ, സിഡ്ല്ലാേ വയവസായ എല്ലകറ്റ്, ാേരക്കാട്, പാക്കൊട് (വയവസായ ല്ലമഖബ്ല്യുഷട നിയുക്ത അധിാേരസ്ഥാനം);
(ഇ) ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസർ, കേരള സുംസ്ഥാന മലിനീകരണ നിയര്രണ ോർഡ , പാക്കൊട്;
(എഫ ) ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസർ, ഇല്േ ട്രിക്കൽ ഇൻസ രെക്ടറേറ , പാക്കൊട്;
(ജി) ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസർ, നഗര ഗ്രാമാസൂത്രണ വ്കുപ് , പാക്കൊട്;
(എച്ച ) ജില്ലാ മെഡിക്കൽ ഓഫീസർ, പാക്കൊട്;
(ഐ) ഡെരയൂട്ടി ചീഫ എഞ്ചിനീയർ, കേരള സുംസ്ഥാന വേ്കയുതി ോർഡ ചിമിറഡ , പാക്കൊട്;
(ജെ) ജില്ലാ ഓഫീസർ, ഫാക്ടറീസ ആന്റ ോയിലേല സ വ്കുപ് , പാക്കൊട്;

ര്രസ തുത ആക റ്റിനെ്റ 5-ും വ്കുപ് (4)-ും ഉരവ്കുപ് ര്രകാരും പാക്കൊട് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടർ ോർഡിനെ്റ ചെയർമാനുും, എല്ലകറ്റ് മാനേജർ, സിഡ്ല്ലാേ വ്യവ്സായ എല്ലകറ്റ്, ാേരക്കാട്, പാക്കൊട് ോർഡിനെ്റ കൺവ്ീനറുമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ .

(ഇത വ്ിജ്ഞാരനത്തിനെ്റ ഭാഗമാകുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ, അതിനെ്റ രൊതു ഉദ്ദേശയും വെ്ളിട്രെുത്താൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ുള്ളതാണ .)
1999-ലെ കേരള വ്യവ്സായ ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡുകളുും വ്യവ്സായനഗര ര്രകേശവ്ികസനവ്ുും ആക റിലെ (2000-ലെ 5) 2-ും വ്കുപ് (എഫ ) ഖണ്ഡര്രകാരും സുംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതു ര്രകേശത്തേയുും വ്യാവ്സായിക ര്രകേശമായി ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കാവ്ുന്നതുും ആക റിനെ്റ 5-ും വ്കുപ് (1)-ും ഉരവ്കുപ് ര്രകാരും ര്രസ തുത ര്രകേശത്തിനുവേ്ണ്ി ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ രൂരീകരിക്കാവ്ുന്നതുമാണ . അര്രകാരും പാക്കൊട് ജില്ലയിലെ ഷ ാർണ്ണൂർ മുനിസിപ്പാബ്ലിറ്റിയിഷ െ ഷ ാർണ്ണൂർ-I വില്ലകജിഷ െ സിഡ്ല്ലാേയുഷട ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുും കേവ്ശാവ്കാശത്തിലുമുള്ള 439.9 ആർ ഭൂമി ഉൾഷപ്പടുന്ന പ്രല്ലകശഷത്ത സംസ്ഥാനഷത്ത ഒരു വ്യവ്സായ ര്രകേശമായി ര്രഖ്യാരിക്കുവ്ാനുും ര്രസ തുത ല്ലമഖയെ്ക്കായി "സിഡ്ല്ലാേ ാേരക്കാട് വയവസായ എല്ലകറ്റ് ഏകജാലക ക്ലിയറൻസ ോർഡ " രൂരീകരിക്കുവ്ാനുും കേരള സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
മേൽറ്രഞ്ഞ ആവശയം നിറവേ്റുന്നതിന ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുകൊണ്ുള്ളതാണ ഈ വ്ിജ്ഞാരനും.

6th Agrahayana, 1946.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of Section 2 and sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000) the Government of Kerala hereby declare 439.9 Ares of land owned and possessed by SIDCO in Shornur-I Village in Shornur Municipality in Palakkad District as specified in Schedule-II below to be an Industrial Area of the State and constitute a Single Window Clearance Board for the said area to be known as "SIDCO Karakkad Industrial Estate Single Window Clearance Board" for the purpose of speedy issue of various licenses, clearances or certificates required under the various State enactments for setting up and running of enterprises with the following members mentioned in the Schedule-I below, namely:—

(a) The General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad (Nominee of the Principal Secretary to Government, Industries Department);
(b) The District Collector, Palakkad;
(c) The Division Head, Industrial Estate Division, SIDCO Head Office, Thiruvananthapuram (Chief Executive of the agency owning or managing the industrial area);
(d) The Estate Manager, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Karakkad, Palakkad (Designated authority of the Industrial area concerned);
(e) The District Officer of the Kerala State Pollution Control Board, Palakkad;
(f) The District Officer of the Electrical Inspectorate, Palakkad;
(g) The District Officer of the Town and Country Planning Department, Palakkad;
(h) The District Medical Officer, Palakkad;
6(i) The Deputy Chief Engineer, Kerala State Electricity Board Limited, Palakkad;
(j) The District Officer, Department of Factories and Boilers, Palakkad;
(k) The Divisional Officer, Department of Fire and Rescue Services, Palakkad;
(l) The Divisional Forest Officer, Palakkad;
(m) The District Labour Officer, Palakkad;
(n) The Deputy Commissioner, State Goods and Service Tax Department, Palakkad;
(o) The Executive Engineer, Kerala Water Authority, Palakkad;
(p) The Secretary, District Tourism Promotion Council, Palakkad;
(q) The General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad.
The District Collector, Palakkad shall be the Chairman of the Board and the Estate Manager, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Karakkad, Palakkad shall be the Convenor of the Board under sub-section (4) of Section 5 of the said Act.

7Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As per clause (f) of Section 2 of the Kerala Industrial Single Window Clearance Boards and Industrial Township Area Development Act, 1999 (5 of 2000), the Government may declare any area in the State to be an Industrial Area and may constitute Single Window Clearance Board for the said area as per sub-section (1) of Section 5 of said Act. Accordingly, Government have decided to declare an area of 439.9 Ares of land owned and possessed by SIDCO in Shornur-I Village of Shornur Municipality in Palakkad District to be an Industrial Area of the State and to constitute "SIDCO Karakakd Industrial Estate, Single Window Clearance Board" for the said area.
The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
