G.O.(Rt.) No. 1217/2024/LBR. Thiruvananthapuram, 26th November 2024.

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between (1) The President, Peroorkada Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. 1412, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram-05, (2) The Secretary, Peroorkada Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. 1412, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram-05, and the worker of the above referred establishment Smt. Aruna, K. V., Arunalayam, Kudappanakkunnu P. O., Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram-695 043 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months.

ANNEXURE

"Whether the dismissal from service to Smt. Aruna, K. V., Helper of Peroorkada Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. 1412, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram by the Management is justifiable or not? If not, what reliefs she is entitled to get?"

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between (1) The Managing Director, Anheuser Busch Inbev India Limited, Registered Office-301/302, Dynasty Business Park, B Wing, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400 059 (2) Carls Breweries Pvt. Limited, 23/5, Thanikachalam Road, T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 017 and the 41 workers of the above referred establishment as per Annexure-1 represented by (1) The Secretary, Thrissur District Distillery & Brewery Employees Union (CITU), CITU House, Machingal Lane, Thrissur-680 001 (2) The Secretary, Malabar Breweries Workers Union (BMS), C/o BMS Thrissur District Committee Office, Shornur Road, Patturaykkal, Thrissur-680 022 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
