Whereas T M/s Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, Ernakulam have deposited with this Court a sum of ` 20,67,335 (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Five only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Roshin, who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a driver of the autorikshaw bearing Reg. No. KL-07-BN-6727 on 29-6-2021 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Kundara has reported that

are his dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

Ltd., Kottayam have deposited with this Court a sum of ` 8,72,842 (Rupees Eight Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Two only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependent of the deceased Sri Saji Joseph, who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a worker in Asianet Cable on 17-5-2010 and The Assistant Labour Officer, 2nd Circle Kottayam has reported that

O., Kottayam—Mother is his dependent as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same.
