Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that ANISH A S, AYYARANKIL HOUSE, EYYAL P O, THRISSUR, Eyyal Village, Kunnamkulam Taluk of Thrissur District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce for pension refund in respect of the legal heirs of late DEVAKEY A S, AYYARANKIL HOUSE, EYYAL P O, THRISSUR who expired on 03-12-2013 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late DEVAKEY A S,. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant .

Parents and husband of the deceased have expired earlier.
