In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(P)No.19/2024/TRANS dated 23rd November, 2024 and published as S.R.O.No.1115/2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3837 dated, 30th November, 2024, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Shri B. Nibudas, SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar, Jagathy, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 014 as a Member of the State Transport Authority in theplace of Shri K. Prakash Kumar, 'Geetham', VRA-65, Vivekananda Lane, Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram-695 013 and consequently make the following amendment to the notification This is a digitally signed Gazette. AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the entries against Serial No.4, the following entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:-

"Shri B. Nibudas,

SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar,

Explanatory Note

(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)

In the notification issued under G.O.(P)No.19/2024/TRANS dated 23rd November, 2024 and published as S.R.O. No. 1115/2024 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 3837 dated 30th November, 2024 is found to have some mistakes. Hence the Government have decided to supersede the above said notification and to appoint Shri B. Nibudas, SKNRA 84, Sreekrishna Nagar, Jagathy, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 014 as member in the State Transport Authority in the place of Shri.K.Prakash Kumar, 'Geetham', VRA-65, Vivekananda Lane, Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram-695 013 The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
