Whereas The HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd., 165-166, Backbay Reclamation, H. T. Parekh Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai-400020 have deposited with this court a sum of ` 10,07,371 (Rupees Ten Lakh Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy One only) as compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Joseph George, who met with a fatal accident while he was working as a Loading Worker in Vettoor Constructions, Kottayam on 2-11-2017 and The Assistant Labour Officer, Puthuppally has reported that

is his dependent as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of Compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned above. മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ എന്ന് പുതുപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

ശ്രീ. വിനോദ്, കോമത്ത് വീട്, ചെമ്മൻതട്ട, കടങ്ങോട്, തൃശ്ശൂർ-680 501 എന്ന വ്യ‡ി ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനിടയിൽ അപകടം സംഭവിച്ച് മരണപ്പെട്ടതിനാൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 19,83,853 (പത്തൊമ്പത് ലക്ഷത്തി എൺപത്തി മൂന്നായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി അമ്പത്തി മൂന്ന് രൂപ മാത്രം) നാഷണൽ ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് കമ്പനി ലിമിറ്റഡ് ഈ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നിയമത്തിലെ 2(1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിർവചന പ്രകാരം ശ്രീ. വിനോദിന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) ശ്രീമതി അംബിക വിനോദ് (ഭാര്യ), (2) അനുഗ്രഹ്, കെ.

(മൈനർ മകൻ), (3) അനുശ്രീ, കെ. (മൈനർ മകൾ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമാണ് ഉ≠ായിരുന്നതെന്ന് വടക്കാഞ്ചേരി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ലേബർ ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. പരേതനായ തൊഴിലാളിയുടെ ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas the New India Assurance Co.Ltd has deposited in this Court an amount of `.15,40,053./- (Fifteen Lakh Forty Thousand and Fifty Three only) towards compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Pradeep Kumar.V who met with fatal accident in the course of work while he was working as a Driver in Ambulance bearing Registration No. KL-23E-2485 on 26.10.2020.The Assistant Labour Officer, Koyilandy has reported that below.

They are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of the employees' compensation Act, 1923 any other claiming to be such dependents should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before me and from the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above and claim preferred thereafter will not to be considered.
