48658 KERALA GAZETTE Part III ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pathanamthitta District ThiruvallaTaluk NOTICE No: TKTVLA/3257/2024-C10 11-12-2024Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Daison Thomas, Edanilathu Parambil, Valanjavattom East P.O, Kadapra Village, Thiruvalla Taluk of Pathanamthitta District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various in respect of the legal heirs of late Ikka Chandy, Edanilathu Parambil, Valanjavattom East P.O, Kadapra Village who expired on 31-05-1990 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Ikka Chandy . that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Thiruvalla within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.
