തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വ ക ു പ്പ ിലെ സീനിയർ സെക്രട്ടറി, LSGI (മുൻ നഗരകാര്യ വകുപ്പിലെ മുനിസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ഗ്രേഡ് III) തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ 1-1-2024 വരെയുള്ള കരട് സീനിയോരിറ്റി പട്ടിക പരാമർശ പ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
സീനിയോരിറ്റിക്രമം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ലഭിച്ച ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ 1-1-2024 തീയതിയിൽ മുനിസിപ്പൽ ഗ്രേഡ് III തസ്തികയിൽ തുടർന്നിരുന്നതിനാൽ ശ്രീ. പ്രമോദ്, കെ., ശ്രീ. നാസിം, ഇ. എന്നിവർ സീനിയർ സെക്രട്ടറി സീനിയോരിറ്റി പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാകുന്ന സാഹചര്യം നിലവിലില്ല.
സീനിയോരിറ്റിക്രമം സംബന്ധിച്ച് മറ്റ് ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ, തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പിലെ സീനിയർ സെക്രട്ടറി, LSGI (മുൻ നഗരകാര്യ വകുപ്പിലെ മുനിസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ഗ്രേഡ് III) തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ 1-1-2024 തീയതി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള അന്തിമ സീനിയോരിറ്റി പട്ടിക അംഗീകരിച്ചും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചും ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. സീനിയോരിറ്റി പട്ടിക അനുബന്ധമായി ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വിംഗ്്) വകുപ്പിലെ ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ 31-12-2023 തീയതി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് Diploma, Certificate Quota അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പരാമർശപ്രകാരം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു.
കരട് സീനിയോറിറ്റി പട്ടിക സംബന്ധിച്ച് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ആക്ഷേപങ്ങളിൽ ക്വാട്ടാ സംബന്ധമായ ആക്ഷേപമുന്നയിച്ച ജീവനക്കാരെ ഓൺലൈൻ മുഖേന കേൾക്കുകയു≠ായി. ഡിπോമയോ ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യതയോ ഉള്ളവരെ Certificate Quota യിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കി Diploma Quota- യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നാണ് ഹിയറിങ്ങിൽ ഹാജരായ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ആവശ്യം. KGCE (Civil Engineering) Diploma in Craftsmanship (24 Months) in ITI/ITC, Diploma (2 years) in Civil Engineering in Womens Polytechnics എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു യോഗ്യത ആർ÷ി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരെയാണ് സെക്കന്റ ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിലെ നിയമനത്തിന് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.
ഇവരേക്കാൾ ഉയർന്ന യോഗ്യത ഉള്ളവർക്കും സെക്കന്റ ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിൽ നിയമനം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടു≠െങ്കിലും പ്രസ്തുത തസ്തികയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന യോഗ്യതയായി നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് അധിഷ്ഠിത സിവിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്/ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്സ്മാൻ കോഴ്സ് ആയതിനാൽ സെക്കന്റ ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിൽ നിന്നും ഉദ്യോഗക്കയറ്റം വഴി നിയമനം ലഭിക്കുന്നവർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടേ≠ത്. സമാന വിഷയം തീർപ്പാക്കിയ 18-3-2023 തീയതിയിലെ G.O.(Rt.)No. 650/2023/LSGD നമ്പർ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിലും ഇതേ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.
ആയതിനാൽ സ്ഥാനക്കയറ്റം വഴി ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിൽ നിയമനം ലഭിച്ച ഡിπോമ ഹോൾഡേഴ്സിനെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കി ഡിπോമ ക്വാട്ടയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം പരിഗണനാർഹമല്ല.
25-5-2019-ൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഫസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രേഡ് ഓവർസിയർ തസ്തികയിലെ സീനിയോറിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഓപ്ഷൻ നൽകാതെ ഡിπോമ ക്വാട്ടയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവർ, ആവശ്യമുന്നയിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തിരികെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റണമെന്ന് 18-3-2023 തീയതിയിലെ G.O.(Rt.)No. 650/2023/LSGD നമ്പർ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നു. ആയതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ശ്രീമതി സ്മിതാമോൾ ജോൺ, ശ്രീമതി മെദീഹ, എം., ശ്രീ. ചന്ദ്രൻ കിഴക്കെ വീട്ടിൽ എന്നിവരെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.
