NOTIFICATION
G.O.(P) No.317/2024/RD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 16th December, 2024 1. As per G.O (Ms) No. 217/2024/RD dated 06.11.2024, provisional seniority list of Joint Directors (Field Wing) of Survey and Land Records Department for the period from 24.02.1984 to 01.11.2024 was published by Government and objections were called for. The Director, Survey & Land Records as per letters no. DSLR/3359/2020-SC2 dated 27.11.2024 & 06.12.2024 forwarded the objections raised by Sri. Mohandev D , Sri. Suresan Kanicheriyan and Smt. Sindhu N B.
22. Government examined that matter and found that the objection raised were not related to seniority issue but the omission of assign date in the seniority list. Their demand for assign date is not as per rules as none of their juniors were superseded them in promotion /seniority list and hence assigning date was not needed and subsequently their request was rejected.
3. In view of the above, Government have decided to finalize the seniority list of Joint Directors (Field Wing), Survey & Land Records Department for the period from 24.02.1984 to 01.11.2024 and is published herewith.
