Sub:—High Court—Christmas Holidays, 2024—Nomination of Vacation Judges—Reg.
Ref:—1. High Court Notification No. DII-9-138333/2022(1) dated 20-10-2023.
2. Resolution of the Full Court in the meeting held on 5-12-2024.
The High Court of Kerala will remain closed for Christmas Holidays, 2024 from 23rd December, 2024 (Monday) to 3rd January 2025 (Friday) (both days inclusive) as per the notification cited lst and the Full Court resolution cited 2nd above. The Vacation Court sitting during Christmas Holidays shall be held on the following days:
224.12.2024 (Tuesday)
27.12.2024 (Friday)
31.12.2024 (Tuesday)
3-1-2025 (Friday)
Under Section 8 of Kerala High Court Act, 1958, the Honourable the Chief Justice is pleased to nominate the following Honourable Judges as Vacation Judges for hearing all urgent matters which are required to be immediately or promptly dealt with during Christmas Holidays:

3Unless otherwise directed by the Vacation Judge / Bench, no matter shall be sent to the Judge/ Bench on the same day of its filing.
