Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that GIRIJA S ,DANTESHWARI BHAVAN ,YEROOR P O, NEAR KRISHI BHAVAN EROOR, EROOR Village, Punalur Taluk of Kollam District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate for VARIOUS Purposes in respect of the legal heirs of late SUGATHAN G DANTESHWARI BHAVAN YEROOR P O NEAR KRISHI BHAVAN EROOR who expired on 25-05-2024 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late SUGATHAN G. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Punalur within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

പുനലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ തിങ്കൽകരിക്കകം വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ യു.ഷാഹുൽ ഹമീദ് പുതുവിള വീട് ,വലിയേല ,കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ പി.ഒ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി തിങ്കൽകരിക്കകം വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ നബീസ ബീവി, പുതുവിള വീട് ,വലിയേല ,കുളത്തൂപ്പുഴ പി.ഒ, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ തിങ്കൽകരിക്കകം വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 01-07-2023 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ പേരിലുളള ബാങ്ക് നിക്ഷേപം ക്രമനമ്പർ ഒന്നിന് നൽകുന്നതിന് സമ്മതമാണെന്ന് മറ്റ് എല്ലാ അവകാശികളും മൊഴി നൽകിയിട്ടുളളതാണ്.പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മുൻപിന്നാലെ മരണപെട്ടുപോയിട്ടുളളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
