മാവേലിക്കര താലൂക്കിൽ മാവേലിക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ മുരളീധരൻ പിള്ള മുരളി വിഹാർ,കൊറ്റാർകാവ് എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി മാവേലിക്കര വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ ശ്രീകുമാരി എം പിള്ള , മുരളി വിഹാർ,കൊറ്റാർകാവ് , ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ മാവേലിക്കര വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 11-04-2011 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

18-12-2024 Notice is hereby given to all to whom it may be concern that Vini Vijayan, Vijaya Vihar, Edakunnam, Nooranad, Nooranad Village, Mavelikkara Taluk of Alappuzha District has filed an application of a legal heirship certificate to produce before various purpose in respect of the legal heirs of late Bhavani Amma k Vijaya Vihar, Edakunnam, Nooranad who expired on 31-10-2023 and that it has been reported to this office that the persons named in the scheduled below are the legal heirs of the said late Bhavani Amma k. that it is proposed to issue a legal heirship certificate according to this to the applicant . Parents and Husband of the deceased are not alive. Hence, it is proposed to issue a legal heir ship certificate accordingly in favour of the above said members for receiving the claims. objections, if any against the issue of the said legal heirship certificate should be filed in person before the Tahasildar , Mavelikkara within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette. Belated applications and those sent by post will not be considered.

മാവേലിക്കര താലൂക്കിൽ ഭരണിക്കാവ് വില്ലേജിൽ താമസിച്ചുവരവെ അന്തരിച്ചുപോയ അജിത് കുമാർ ആർ രാഘവ ഭവനം ,കട്ടച്ചിറ എന്നയാളുടെ അവകാശികൾക്ക് വിവിധ ആവശ്യത്തിനു ഹാജരക്കുന്നതിനായി അനന്തരാവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനായി ഭരണിക്കാവ് വില്ലേജിൽ പരേതൻറെ ഭാര്യ ബിന്ദു , രാഘവ ഭവനം ,കട്ടച്ചിറ, ബോധിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ ഭരണിക്കാവ് വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ മുഖാന്തിരം അവകാശ വിചാരണ നടത്തി വന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ടും മരണ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും പരിശോധിച്ചതിൽ ടിയാൻ 28-02-2019 -ൽ മരണപ്പെട്ടതായും പരേതൻറെ നിയമനുസൃത അവകാശികളായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്നും അറിവായിരിക്കുന്നു. പരേതന്റെ മാതാവ് മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും പിതാവ് ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് മൈനർ താഴെയുള്ള ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ക്രമ നമ്പർ 1 ൻറെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിലാണ് .

അതനുസരിച്ച് അവകാശ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ആയത് ഈ പരസ്യം കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് രേഖാമൂലം ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു കൊള്ളേണ്ടതും കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞും തപാൽ മാർഗവും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആക്ഷേപങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
